QWhat are the conditions for the complimentary first journey?

Available to clients on a monthly plan (160 hours or more per month). Your first day of service, up to 8 hours, is free of charge.

QHow far in advance should I book?

Please book at least one week in advance.

QCan you assist in English and Chinese?

Yes, depending on staff availability. Please let us know your preferred language when booking.

QWhat are your typical rates?

Rates vary depending on the hours of service. Please contact us and we will provide a quote.

QDo you also cover destinations outside Tokyo?

Yes, we travel anywhere in Japan. All of our staff hold international driving permits, so we can also support you overseas.

QCan you handle last-minute schedule changes?

Yes. We flexibly accommodate same-day schedule changes.
